Sales prices of all products sold through www.spotbutik.com include VAT.

If your order has not yet been delivered to cargo, you can change your orders via www.spotbutik.com by calling customer services at 0532 270 39 22.

If the product you ordered has not been delivered to the cargo, you can change the delivery address. For this, you can reach customer services at 0532 270 39 22.

Because our stocks are constantly renewed, the products are put on sale again as long as the season ends.

Cargo / Transportation

Your shipments are sent by MNG cargo company. Domestic orders reach the recipient in 1-3 business days.

When receiving the product, you should pay attention to whether the package is crushed, torn or wet. In such a situation, you should not accept the cargo and file a report with the cargo officer.

Cancellation & Refund

When you cancel the order or return the product, your money will be refunded within 3-4 business days after the product reaches us.

1. The product must be unused.

2. There is no refund for defective products in the outlet.

You can return the product within 14 days after you receive it. Except for outlet and defective products

Unfortunately, we do not have the option to pay at the door.

For purchases made through www.spotbutik.com, installments are available for Yapı Kredi, Garanti, Akbank, İş Bankası, QNB Finansbank, Ziraat Bankası and Halkbank credit cards. According to the bank agreement, we have the option of up to six installments.
