Cancellation, Return and Exchange

Domestic Return Procedure:
If you are not satisfied with the product or products you ordered, you can return them within 10 days from the date you received them. By completely filling out the return form on the invoice, you can send it with the box and invoice you received (with all accessories, if any) to a cargo company of your choice. The package is the customer's responsibility until it reaches us. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges belong to the buyer.
In order to request a return or exchange of the product, it is mandatory to send the invoice along with the product.
International Return Procedure:
You can return orders placed abroad within 14 days starting from the delivery date, if they comply with our return conditions. After the products you return reach our company, the refund will be processed within 20 business days. All shipping and customs expenses that may occur for return cargo sent from abroad belong to our customers. If the shipping and customs costs of the cargo have to be covered by us, these fees will also be deducted from the refund amount. Due to possible customs and other tax charges, we recommend that you write "Return Product" on the box and indicate this to the cargo company.

After the products you returned reach our company, the refund will be made at the end of 20 business days if the payment was made by cash or bank. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made at the end of 20 business days as a single payment or in installments, depending on the transaction made.
My refund is made to my credit card in installments. What can I do?
When you make your payment by credit card with the installment option, the product price will be divided by the number of installments and returned to your credit card every month. This procedure is determined by the bank.
I paid at the door. When will the refund fee be reflected in my account?
Once your bank information is received correctly and completely, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
